

BANANA BREAD
3/4 Cups sugar
1-l/2 cups mashed bananas
3/4 cups vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
l/2 cups nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
l/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into grease jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Cool, then roll in a circle in waxed paper.
1 Cup Powdered Sugar 8 ounces cream cheese l/2 stick butter 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Unroll the banana bread, spread on top, reroll and refrigerate for several hours. Slice and serve.
