CHICKEN IN CHIPS
2 to 2-l/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 can (10-l/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
l/2 cup sour cream
l/4 cup picante sauce
2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups Fritos corn chips
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and picante sauce, mixing
well. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Top with the Jack cheese and the corn chips. Bake uncovered at 350o
F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with additional
picante sauce.
Makes 4 servings. I double this recipe to serve 6
and bake it in a 13x9 inch glass casserole dish.
