CHICKEN MARSALA

This is Christine's favorite dinner to make when she comes home. We love it when she makes this, and serves it with mashed potatoes, green beans and fresh rolls. What a great dinner!

4 large boneless chicken breasts
l/4 cups flour
l/4 teaspoon oregano
l teaspoon garlic salt
12 ounce package mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cups Marsala wine
Non-stick cooking spray

Place chicken between saran wrap and pound to make thinner. Dredge in flour mixture. Spray large frying pan generously with cooking spray. Brown chicken pieces on both sides. Add mushrooms and continue browning. Add wine and simmer. Simmer until mixture thickens. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
