CHEESY POTATOES
6-8 large potatoes
8 ounce container sour cream
8 ounce bag cheddar cheese
1 stick melted margarine or butter
Boil 6-8 large potatoes. Let cool, then remove the skins. Cut the potatoes
into 8-10 pieces each and place in buttered casserole dish. Add the sour
cream, the cheese, and drizzle the butter over the top. Mix well. Season
with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
