CRESCENT BAKE
2 large packages crescent rolls
2 packages cream cheese
3/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg separated
Grease a 9x13 pan.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place one package of rolls in bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk until mixture
is consistency of pudding.
Spread mixture on rolls.
Top with the other package of rolls.
Brush top of rolls with egg white.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
