Banana Bread |
| 1 2/3 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
| 1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 eggs |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground
cinnamon |
1/2 cups oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 ripe bananas, mashed |
| Mix the above ingredients
and set aside. |
2 tablespoons sour cream |

1 teaspoon vanilla |
| |
2/3 cups walnuts, chopped |

| Set oven to 350 degrees. |
Whisk sugar and eggs,
drizzle in oil. |

Add mashed bananas, sour
cream, vanilla. |

Mix in flour mixture and
nuts. |

Frost with sour cream frosting.
8 ounces sour cream
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoons milk

Frost the inside layers liberally.
With the rest of the frosting, frost the top of
the bread.
Chill for several hours before serving.
