Basil Chicken with Angel Hair
Pasta |

3 tablespoons Italian
salad dressing |
|
2 skinless, boneless
chicken breasts, cubed |
|
2 teaspoons olive oil |
|
1 small onion, chopped |
|
1 clove garlic |
|
20 oz. can chopped
tomatoes |
|
2 teaspoons dried basil
leaves |
|
1/2 teaspoon salt |
|
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper
sauce |
|

1 8-ounce angel hair
pasta |
|
1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese |
|

Heat salad dressing in
medium skillet over medium heat. |
|
Add chicken and saute for 5-7 minutes,
until chicken is cooked through. |
|
Remove from skillet and drain on paper
towels. |
|

In large skillet, heat olive oil over high
hat. |
|
Saute the onion and garlic in the hot oil. |
|
Then stir in tomatoes, chicken, basil, salt
and red pepper sauce. |
|
Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet and
simmer for five minutes. |

Stir frequently, |

Cook angel hair pasta in a large pot of
salted boiling water. |
|
Drain. |
|
Toss sauce with hot cooked angel hair
pasta. |
|
Top with grated Parmesan cheese. |
