Chicken Marsala
This is such a nice recipe to make
for a special dinner. Since it's so easy to make, give it a try.
You will probably make it again and again. |

| 4 large
boneless chicken breasts |
| 1/4 cups
flour |
| 1/4
teaspoon oregano |
| 1 teaspoon
garlic salt |
| 12 ounce
package mushrooms |
| 2/3 cups
Marsala wine |
| Non-stick
cooking spray |
|

| Place
chicken between saran wrap and pound to make thinner. |
| Dredge in
flour mixture. |
| Spray large
frying pan generously with cooking spray. |
| Brown
chicken pieces on both sides. |
| Slice
mushrooms and add to chicken. |
| Continue
browning chicken and mushrooms. |
| Add wine
and simmer. |

| Serve over
mashed potatoes or rice. |
| Great if
served with green beans and fresh rolls. |
